UV light
An amalgam UV lamp treats every exposed surface of the item.
CN-200 treats helmets, jackets, gloves and gear in 7–10 minutes. No water, no drying — the item can be worn straight away.

A helmet won't go in a washing machine. A leather jacket survives one wash at best. Boxing gloves take days to dry. So the items closest to the skin are the ones cleaned least often.
CN-200 handles them without water: a sealed chamber, a patented five-stage dry process, and a dry, odour-free item at the end. A cycle every 7–10 minutes, all day, with no staff involved.
Five separate stages in a fixed order — not one mixed treatment. That order is what the patent covers.

An amalgam UV lamp treats every exposed surface of the item.

Breaks down organic residue — sweat, oils, grime — at the molecular level.

Gas fills the sealed chamber and reaches where light can't: folds, seams, padding.

Removes static charge and neutralises odour instead of masking it.

A finishing micro-layer of nano-silver, plus one of three fragrances chosen on screen.
TiO₂ and nano-silver are two different processes here, not one blended spray. Each runs at full strength in its own part of the cycle.
Lower chamber runs the same sequence on a 10-minute cycle for larger items.
Three cycle modes, selected on the touchscreen.
A short cycle when the queue is moving and the item is needed back quickly.
The everyday setting.
A longer cycle for stubborn odours in gear that is used daily.

Two clients served at the same time.
Rotate the machine, look inside the chambers, then open it in augmented reality: the machine appears in your lobby, gym or showroom at real size, straight from your phone.
View in your spaceWherever visitors leave a helmet, a jacket or gloves, the machine is in use every day and earns its place on the floor.

A dry, odour-free helmet and jacket while the customer looks at the bikes or leaves the motorbike in the parking area.

The smell of gloves and pads is complaint number one. The process is dry: foam and leather keep their shape.

A service guests notice. Charge it on the bill or offer it free of charge — your call.

Coats and uniforms between shifts, without sending them to a laundry.

High traffic, no dedicated staff. Cash, card and QR — the machine takes payment itself.

A cycle between sessions: players see through the glass that the headset was prepared.

A layover becomes a reset: jacket in, coffee, jacket out.

A dry cycle, no chemicals handled by staff, and parents watch it through the glass.
Your industry isn't on the list? If people take off a helmet, a jacket or gloves at your door, the machine fits.

We build the CN-200 here, and that is our main advantage. In-house production means quality control at every stage of assembly. It also means we are close to our clients: delivery, installation and support come directly from us, exactly when they are needed — we are here in Vietnam, not on the other side of an ocean.
Tell us where the machine will stand — we'll come back with a configuration and terms within one business day.
