Frequently asked questions
How long is one cycle?
7 minutes in the upper chamber (helmets), 10 minutes in the lower chamber (garments and larger items). Both can run at the same time.
Is it safe for leather, foam and electronics?
Yes — the process is completely dry. No water, no soaking, no heating. Leather jackets, helmet padding, visors and VR headsets come out unchanged.
What should not go in?
Anything meant for a normal wash: towels, sports shirts, bed linen. CN-200 is built for items you cannot wash — helmets, leather, gear, bags, outerwear.
Does it need plumbing?
No. One standard power socket. There is no water in the process.
Can it stand outdoors?
Yes. The body is rated IP54: rain, dust and heat are within spec.
How do customers pay?
Cash, bank card or QR — directly at the machine. All revenue is visible in the web dashboard.
How much maintenance does it need?
One liquid refill every 6–8 weeks (about 1,500 cycles). Cycle counts, revenue and liquid level are visible remotely in the web dashboard.
Do you publish prices?
No — pricing depends on configuration and quantity. Send a request and we reply within one business day.
